A Quick Biography of Nazrin Shah Of Perak
His Highness Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah was born on November 27th, 1956 at George Town in Penang, Malaya. He is the oldest son of Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah ibni Almarhum and Tuanku Bainun Binti Mohd Ali.
From 1962 through 1967, he studied at Sekolah Rendah Jalan Kuantan and then he followed that up by studying at St. John Institution in Kuala Lumpur for his secondary education. He holds a BA degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Worcester College, Oxford, and also holds an MPA degree he received from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in the United States. On the 29th of May in 2014, he would become the 35th Sultan of Perak after his father Sultan Azlan died.
