General Pulaski Memorial Day

General Pulaski Memorial Day is a U.S. public holiday that’s observed on October 11 every year and is set by the Presidential Proclamation. It’s a day that commemorates the Polish hero of the American Revolution, General Kazimierz Pulaski at the siege of Savannah on October 9, 1779.
